Although the original producer had no intention of continuing the franchise, a new producer has stepped up to continue the Resident Evil movie. The latest movie will be filmed in Canada which will sub as Alaska for the scenes with Claire Redfield and her group of human survivors. The film will also shoot in Tokyo where Alice and her army of clones will hunt down the Umbrella Corporation. There is no scheduled release date as of yet.

Don't expect to see a sequel for The Dark Knight. Sources tell me that it may take at least three years before we see Batman on the screen again.

VENOM MOVIE - Hollywood producers are in the early processes of creating a script for the movie Venom. For those non-Spiderman fans, that's that oil slick alien that took over Peter Parker in Spiderman 3 and then later moved on to a new host.

SUPERMAN SEQUEL SCRAPPED: Mark Millar has scrapped the 8 hour (3 movie) Superman project at least for now. No word yet on whether Bryan Singer (the producer of Superman Returns) will go ahead and do his sequel.
